Rachel's Rise

Rachel’s journey is a perfect example of how a creative approach to business can generate meaningful overlap between career path and personal interests. While she always knew she wanted to work in finance, Rachel never lost sight of her passion for yoga and wellness. She got her start in consumer investment at UBS before joining Tiger Global, where she was focused on growth strategy toward acquisition for CPG brands. After earning her MBA at the London School of Economics, Rachel was brought on as Director of Finance for YogaSix of Xponential Fitness, where her leadership led to more than 10x revenue growth and an eventual IPO. 


In 2021, Rachel launched Wellness Growth Ventures, a wellness-focused seed fund dedicated to investing in female-founded brands committed to generating change in the industry. With relentless drive and wide-ranging experience, she provides unparalleled expertise as an advisor and angel investor.
