Justine’s journey is a perfect example of the magic that can happen when someone with a broad range of experience and expertise bets on herself. After building an impressive resume in the fashion industry, she took the leap into the world of operational and strategic consulting, offering her services to early to mid-stage high-growth DTC brands across the fashion, accessories, and wellness spaces. 

Before launching JLF Consulting, Justine’s career included impactful tenures at Saks Fifth Avenue, Reformation, Verishop’s Fashion Incubator, Billie the Label, Lett Clothing, and Girlfriend Collective – where she served as President and Chief Merchant – along with a stop at Harvard Business School, where she earned her MBA. Justine is a mother of two and proudly brings many of the lessons learned from parenthood to her work.
