Lesley is a consumer-obsessed marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience building brand relevance and delivering meaningful business results. With a background in Beauty, Personal Care, Wellness, and Home, she now shares her expertise through Brand Botany, a marketing consultancy focused on providing emerging consumer brands with innovative strategies tailored to scale growth. 

Before founding Brand Botany, Lesley served as VP, Marketing at Revlon, where she led brand and business strategy for a diverse $800MM portfolio across Color Cosmetics, Hair Color, and Beauty Tools. Her resumé also includes tenures at L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble, and Philips. Over the course of her career, Lesley has had the privilege of leading dynamic marketing teams that have generated significant impact for brands and businesses ranging from $10MM to $10B. 

In addition to her big brand experience, Lesley founded and operated Luvi Beauty & Wellness, an e-commerce showcase for over 600 products from more than 30 indie brands. This five-year venture provided her with invaluable insight into the range of challenges startups and small businesses face, and inspired her to found Brand Botany.
