Before founding RIPE, Megan spent nearly two decades in fast-paced competitive organizations honing her ability to get the most out of people by testing her own leadership capacity, increasing the capacity of her team, and driving growth for the organization. After branching into freelance leadership coaching for entrepreneurs, Megan launched RIPE, where she has helped her clients navigate business challenges, strengthen working relationships, and maximize impact.
