At the end of the day, successful entrepreneurship comes down to understanding the problem you’re trying to solve, ensuring a strategic plan is implemented properly, and staying focused on your ultimate goal. With those core tenets in mind, Janvi co-founded a legal services company in 2007 with no funding, no access to the market, no customers, and no team. By testing, learning, and pivoting, she was able to turn a local operation into a global multi-million dollar business. 

After overseeing a successful exit, Janvi turned her focus to supporting founders and VC portfolio companies on how to tackle operational and logistical issues; scaling for strategy and exit; strategic planning; juggling motherhood and career; time management; and setting up recruitment practices and people management processes. She has been a tireless activist and advocate for women and children around the world, serving as Executive Director of School on Wheels, co-founding Support SEND Kids, and sitting on the board of #FreePeriods.
