Rachel Liverman definitely falls into the “right in front of her face” category. As a third-generation licensed esthetician, a career dedicated to skincare innovation was in her genes from the beginning. In 2019, after realizing that convenience was one of the main things missing from the skin health landscape, Rachel founded Glowbar to provide results-oriented treatments based on pioneering research. In fact, Rachel’s grandmother pioneer in skincare as well by founding the first accredited esthetics school in the country. The skincare legacy runs deep!

Rachel is now reinventing professional skincare by developing approachable facial treatments and an aesthetically-designed algorithm that eases consumer anxiety, overwhelming treatment menus, and the need for expensive add-ons. This year, Rachel earned recognition as a Beauty Independent Beacon Awards Winner, Beauty NEXT Awards Finalist, and a Beauty Innovation Awards Winner.
