Candace wrote the book on how to turn what you love into a lucrative career (literally — Sweet Success: A Simple Recipe for Turning Your Passion Into Profit comes out November ‘22). And while she started out on a prestigious career track in investment banking, Candace went on to surprise everyone by opening the first-ever cupcakes-only bakery, Sprinkles. And with that, she ignited one of the fastest growing (and most delicious) food trends of all time.

Fast-forward to 2017, and Candace has gone on to co-found Pizzana, once again positioning herself ahead of the curve to launch a new wave of Neo-Neapolitan pizzerias — all while executive producing popular streaming shows Best in Dough on Hulu, Sugar Rush on Netflix, and Cupcake Wars on Food Network.

Today, Candace’s launch of CN2 Ventures has made room for underrepresented and female founders in the food, retail, wellness, and early childhood spaces to find their niche in a crowded space, using her journey to the top as inspiration for every client she brings on.

Candace understands what it’s like to raise a family and grow a business at the same time. And while she’ll never say it’s easy, Candace wants to show female entrepreneurs that it is possible to be successful while making time for yourself.
