In the economic development and venture capital spaces, Tsolmon has left her mark in both the public and private sectors. Armed with an Executive MBA from Oxford University’s Said Business School, she managed the largest global supply chain project under President Obama’s $9 billion global health procurement initiative in more than 20 countries as well as shepherding $350 million worth of global economic growth and investment projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. 

A two-time Founder, Tsolmon is now using her 15 years of experience to maximize the impact of Jade Ventures, a global sustainability advisory and investment firm based in Washington, DC and London. At Jade, she offers clients financial advisory, business development, and direct investment solutions, all while advocating for other female founders and driving increased capital for gender diverse teams in sustainability sectors including cleantech, ESG, and circular economy.
