With more than 15 years experience in every corner of the CPG space, Alex brings a unique and nuanced perspective to drive growth for emerging and established brands alike. Drawing on her background in merchandising at Target Corporation, brand management at Beach House Group, and executive leadership at The Flex Company, she has developed a deep understanding of brands’ processes and motivations. 


Alex’s love of all things retail sales ultimately led to the founding of her own consulting business, Ashland CPG. The Ashland mission is to support female and underrepresented Founders in the women’s health and personal care space. Thanks to her varied experience and deep understanding of each Founder and brand’s individual needs, Alex is able to step into whatever role is needed: Fractional Head of Sales, Interim Sales Leader (CSO/VP Sales), or strategic advisor.
