Alison is a coach and advisor to impact-driven entrepreneurs in the innovation ecosystem, providing insights, strategic guidance, and access to capital. In her work supporting Founders, she acts as a sounding board and thought partner to help them gain clarity, solve problems, and prioritize business goals to achieve growth.  

Alison has advised more than 75 entrepreneurs and is a passionate health and wellness advocate. She brings strong expertise in increasing market and customer understanding, developing GTM strategies, and translating insights into opportunities for business growth. As a venture scout, Alison is also deeply tapped into the fundraising process and is connected to over 400 global investor stakeholders. 

Before founding Growth Impact, Alison spent 15 years working with Fortune 500 brands – including Apple and Nike – where she gained valuable experience in commercialization, market development, partnerships, product development, and operations.
