Amina's Rise

With two decades of experience in CPG marketing at P&G, followed by a pivotal role at The Honest Company, Pasha serves as the safeguard of the mission-driven powerhouse, Thrive Market. Tasked with humanizing the online grocery’s mission — making healthy living easy and affordable to all, she drives her team to focus on ‘acts vs ads.’ Under her watch, the company doubled its revenue, reached over 1 million members in 2020, and was recognized as the largest grocer to ever receive B-Corp certification, raising more than $12 million for those affected by food inequality.


Prior to The Honest Company, the UPENN grad started her career at Procter & Gamble, where she initially worked as a brand leader during her decade-plus tenure. Having lived in more than 13 countries, Pasha now resides in LA with her family, where they spend endless time living a healthy life outdoors. She enjoys actively mentoring other female leaders.
