Ashley Murphy is the Co-Founder and CEO of NEAT Method, the luxury home-organizing brand she launched in 2010 after discovering the profound link between wellness and organized living. What began during her time as an in-home personal trainer—where she witnessed how physical clutter impacted her clients’ health—quickly evolved into a bold vision: to create a lifestyle brand rooted in calm, clarity, and functional elegance. From humble beginnings in a small town outside Columbus, Ohio, Ashley transformed her lifelong passion for order into North America’s largest organizing network, with nearly 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Under her leadership, NEAT Method has grown from a side-by-side service into a nationally recognized name, complete with a franchise program, product collection, and published book. In 2020, Ashley expanded the brand’s reach with a line of sleek home organization essentials sold DTC and through retail partners. After selling the company, Ashley eventually bought it back—reaffirming her belief in the mission, the momentum, and the community she helped build.

Ashley is driven by the belief that organization is more than aesthetic—it’s a pathway to peace, focus, and well-being. Her mission is to bring structure and simplicity to people's homes so they can live more fully in the spaces they inhabit.
