Carolanne's Rise

Carolanne is a commercial leader and operator with a wealth of experience in retail and CPG strategy. From product marketing to supply chain planning to account management and sales, she has touched every area of the beauty industry, honing her outstanding instincts for strategic growth along the way. Currently serving as the Commercial Lead – Growth Channels for Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty North America, Carolanne manages the ULTA and Sephora businesses. Previously, she was the Head of Strategy and Transformation for Estée Lauder Companies APAC, a role in which she was responsible for growth initiatives in Asian markets. 


Before joining Estée Lauder, Carolanne was a Principal at Kearney Management Consulting, advising clients in retail and retail-adjacent consumer categories on growth planning, distribution strategy, organizational design, and profit and cost optimization.
