Elena serves on the board of a Family Office with $1.8 Billion AUM, is on the board of a stealth CPG company, and is an advisory board member at the fastest-growing community foundation in the United States with $600 mil AUM in under six years.

Elena has a unique combination of experience in key strategic leadership roles identifying and resolving complex (strategy, operations, logistics) issues facing firms in green tech, media, ag tech, and consumer products industries. She has positioned several companies to go public via IPO and a SPAC transaction. She structured an all-female board for a female owned company (the first such board in the USA) and is passionate about board education, governance, scaling mid-market companies philanthropy and values-driven investing.
