Patinkin

Erin cut her start-up teeth as the founder and CEO of the social impact bakery chain Ovenly, but her journey didn't stop there. After ten years of building her brand, she broke off to help creative entrepreneurs start and scale their own by founding Patinkin Consulting. Since 2020, she has co-founded three other consumer packaged brands in food and beauty and partnered with over one hundred other female founders to help them launch or scale.

Erin calls herself a "very specialized generalist" as she has developed a wide range of expertise over the span of her fifteen-year entrepreneurial journey. Because of her varied experience, she is a candid and empathetic consultant who provides both visionary advice and practical, implementable business strategies. Though Erin's specialty is the food industry, she has worked with music agencies, podcast networks, beauty brands, robotics companies, and experiential retail.

In addition, Erin is a business writer, best-selling cookbook author, and podcast host. She has been recognized by Conscious Company magazine as one of the most influential women in business, and she has been a featured speaker everywhere from the Aspen Institute to the Columbia University School of Business.
