Halle's Rise

In the healthcare innovation space, Halle is an absolute tour de force. Equipped with an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, she dove headfirst into digital healthcare investing in 2011. At that point in time, there was no roadmap for Halle to follow, so created one of her own. This self-designed map led her to co-founding the digital health venture fund Rock Health, followed by Cofertility and Natalist. Halle has been recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business and one of Goldman Sachs’ Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs, among many other accolades.


Now, Halle is dedicated to helping the next generation find its way in the world of digital health investing. In 2015, she created the first MBA-level course on the subject for Columbia Business School, where she continues to teach to this day. She also writes consistently and produces two podcasts, The Heart of Healthcare, which follows her journey to improve healthcare for all, and Closing Time, which focuses on the pitches and people reshaping the healthcare landscape.
