Jessica Schinazi is the CEO of Away, bringing a global perspective and deep expertise across luxury goods, consumer retail, and e-commerce. Born in Brazil and raised across France, the UK, and the United States, Jessica developed an international lens that has shaped her leadership style and strategic approach. After earning a degree in Economics from Columbia University, she began her career at Richemont in New York, where she worked on e-commerce, marketing, and digital strategy for some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands. She later joined Amazon to help grow Amazon Luxury Beauty, leading branding and business development efforts that positioned the platform as a credible destination for premium beauty. Jessica continued her trajectory at LVMH as Vice President of Distribution for North America, working across the portfolio to refine distribution strategy and expand market presence.

At Dyson she led Strategy, Transformation, and Business Development before being promoted to President, where she managed the full P&L and drove growth across multiple product categories. She strengthened operational performance, expanded the business into Latin America, and helped reclaim market share leadership through disciplined execution and omnichannel go-to-market strategies. Her ability to align brand positioning, retail strategy, and operational excellence has made her a trusted leader for some of the most recognized consumer brands in the world.
