Melanie's Rise
Melanie doesn’t pick your everyday brands to work with — she has an eye on the disruptors that want to build communities and shake up entire industries. This philosophy has been put into action most prominently in her initial work as the Business Development lead for Equinox, where she and her team launched Pure Yoga, created Blink Fitness, and acquired SoulCycle, where she went on to become COO and CEO. While heading up SoulCycle, Melanie led the company to increase its studio numbers from 8 to 100 and span beyond the studio into a 24/7 SiriusXM channel and an e-commerce platform.
From SoulCycle, Melanie joined Summit Partners, where leads a NYC-based team focused on partnering with entrepreneurs who are building disruptive consumer businesses and brands.
