As the Group Vice President for Digital Merchandising with Macy’s she was instrumental in growing online sales from $250MM to $10BB. She led the merchandising team in the C-suite as a Senior Vice President at billion-dollar retailer Boscov’s Off-Price Department Store, envisioning and implementing in-store and online strategies. And beyond big corporate retail, she was Chief Merchant and Head of Ecommerce for Gugu Guru, a start-up online marketplace.

Now Michelle is committed to putting her incredible depth of experience to work for a new generation of  founders and entrepreneurs as the CEO of Revenue Growth Advisors. With RGA, she is able to offer full-service consultancy capabilities to small businesses in retail, ecommerce, and wholesale/D2C, ranging from $0 (pre-launch) to $50 million. Specializing in merchandise planning, profitability improvement, digital and social marketing strategies and wholesale manufacturing and sourcing, Michelle transforms businesses and guides clients through business evolution.
