Her experience included being a founding member of the Macys.com team that grew that business from less than $200M to $10B in revenue. This experience was an immersion into the processes and strategies of successful retail, the nuances and opportunities with building a start-up, and a deep dive into the mechanics of what makes brands thrive and profitable.   

After a successful career in big corporate, publicly traded retail, Michelle embarked on a new adventure, channeling that deep retail experience into her own venture: Revenue Growth Advisors. Now, she leverages that insider knowledge to guide product-based businesses—including jewelry, apparel, home goods, toys, wholesale food and more—through the complexities of getting made, making money, and getting onto the shelves of major retailers.
