Before establishing Fixer, Nicole played a pivotal role at Gucci America, leading the legal, real estate, compliance, security, and crisis management functions for over a decade. Additionally, she managed business and legal affairs for other renowned Kering portfolio brands in the Americas, including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, and Stella McCartney.In addition to Fixer, Nicole has co-founded Figure Eight, a sustainable luxury concept store in SoHo, New York, and 4 Art Partners, an accelerator empowering creative talent.


As the Founder & CEO of Fixer Advisory Group, a full-service consultancy providing strategic partnership and tactical support to brands, she is recognized for her exceptional insights and innovative problem-solving approach, making her a trusted resource for founders, CEOs, and leaders.
