Today, Homecourt is a category-defining omnichannel brand that is available directly to consumers and through major retailers like Amazon, Nordstrom, and Bluemercury. Under Sarah’s leadership, the company has doubled revenue year over year and earned recognition from Fast Company and Inc. as one of the most innovative brands in the industry.

Sarah brings together deep expertise in marketing, product innovation, and brand building across beauty, fragrance, and luxury consumer goods. At L’Oréal, she led marketing for high-profile fragrance brands such as Viktor&Rolf and Proenza Schouler and spearheaded experiential pop-ups for industry leaders like Giorgio Armani Beauty and Maison Margiela. She’s also a strategic thinker with investment and start-up roots—earning her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, sourcing deals at Hyde Park Angels, and even filing her own patent for a personal care product idea. At Homecourt, she has raised over $7M in funding, built proprietary IP with multiple patents pending, and achieved standout customer retention—45% of customers return to purchase again. Her ability to blend aspirational branding with operational rigor has been key to Homecourt’s success.
