Sarah Larson Levey is the Founder of Y7 Studio, a groundbreaking yoga brand with locations in New York City, Los Angeles, and Austin. A 200-hour registered yoga instructor, certified Integrative Health Coach, and former fashion industry professional, Sarah launched Y7 in 2013 at the age of 26 to fill a personal void in the yoga landscape. What began as a side hustle—bootstrapped while working a full-time job—quickly evolved into a nationally recognized movement that disrupted the fitness space and flexed significant cultural influence. Under Sarah’s leadership, Y7 became known for its signature 60-minute classes set to the beat of music in dark, mirrorless, infrared-heated rooms, intentionally removing barriers to entry and redefining what modern yoga could look and feel like.
